This is your best choice for authentic Sichuan cuisine. The Chinese delegation for the G20 had all their food catered from the China Star, and that's because this restaurant is the real deal.
Be advised that there are 3 menus, so try to get the most authentic Chinese menu. You are best going with someone who is knowledgeable about Sichuan food your first time there.
I highly recommend the Tan Tan Noodles, it's a traditional dish and a great way to start your meal. I also enjoy the Flaming Pan Chicken.
The decor is not fancy...but the draw is the fabulous food.
