Walked in inquiring about a manicure and was not sure if I was in the right place. All the patrons were women and I was not sure if I could be accommodated. One of the stylist saw the look of concern on my face and walked over to assist me. He assured me that they do manicures and that there was not a wait.
I am in a rush so this is perfect. The nail technician informed me of a Santa Claus Prada the following day and engaged me in conversation. I felt right at home.
The tools were clean and sanitary and so I relaxed immediately. This has been one of my pet peeves. I will walk If I notice any rust on a nail clipper or a file being used on a previous client being used without being sanitized. I did not have a reason to worry about here.
The owner came over and introduced herself. We even took a photo together.
Great environment. Clean and friendly.
