A little amazed at the number of positive reviews. Walked in, ordered a bagel w/coffee. They were out of creamer and out of 1 of the 2 flavors of coffee they offer. I sit, eat my bagel then decide to order 2 VEGGIE SANDWICHES to go. I pay I leave. I get home open the bag unwrap the first bagel and realize it's not a sandwich just a shmear. I open up a second Bagel same thing. No sandwich. I call find out what happened and instead of apologizing for the mistake the owner actually yelled at me and blamed me for the error. To annoyed to even deal with this guy I told him to go pound dirt and hung up on him. I will never ever take my business to New York bagel again and recommend anyone else think it twice.
