This business called and had my review taken off stating this was the wrong business but it is not.. it is the business of Ken and Patrick Orr same business and owners as the chandler office my review read as follows...

I contracted The cleaning authority in the peoria glendale which is owned by the same people as the chandler franchise.. i set up my initial cleaning a deep cleaning one of two i was supposed to have at the price of 160 a pop..They came ..they cleaned they left.. upon my return home i walked into my home with my sofa not even touched or straightened my kitchen which was supposed to be a focus area , nothing was moved off of counter tops for cleaning there was dust and grease still left on blinds top of fridge was not cleaned etc etc.. and that was just the kitchen. imagine the rest!! They sent out their quality control person and tried to rectify the situation which helped a bit but not completely.. no where near the work for the amount of money spent.. after she left i asked to be contacted by the owner but of course that didn't happen.. I had to call back this morning and still had to wait for a call back. I was called back by the owners son Patrick Orr and as soon as i said i was discontinuing service was treated smugly.. I immediately went and picked up my keys from him at his office and showed him pictures but he did not seem interested in seeing the poor work done by his employees.. I feel that as long as they got paid for the overpriced job. i was no longer a concern for this company and what i thought or said made no difference.. i would caution you before using this company.. Read ALL of the reviews before hand.. i wish i would have.. Would i recommend them?? That would be a big no....
