If you don't mind a few roaches , hookers , pimps, junkies ....it's not that bad. Also my key demagnetized in the middle of the night which was brutal cause the office doesn't open till 8am. don't bother with the cheap wifi ($6 a day. It's useless. Go for the $12. Not that it's much better It's pet friendly so you always hear some barking but that's not half as loud as the trains that roll right past here at all hours. I felt like Pesci in My cousin vinny
