No idea why there is so much hate for this place. We were there on a Monday night and had Kobe beef, rack of lamb, pork and mussel paetta, and many other upscale options available. And they were all delicious.
Service is great, as you would expect at Bellagio. And the deserts!! Usually the most sad, disappointing part of the buffet experience, but Bellagio does them very, very well. Was surprised there was no gelato, but the white chocolate nutella cone cups and cannollis more than made up for it.
