I was in a hurry and stopped in Office Max for some printer ink and a couple other misc items. Jeffrey went above and beyond in helping me find the best deal (printer ink is a total racket, i hate buying it it was $60 and i was due a 5 dollar discount....so it was ok) but Jeffrey was as nice and as qualified as anyone could be, some of the best customer service i have ever received anywhere. The guy ringing me up was super nice too.....i almost felt like i was being PUNK'D or something but no i was just receiving actual great service, i forgot what it was like. I would definitely recommend this place, i read some of the previous reviews.....my experience was nothing like those, mine was the best customer service EVER. Maybe they implemented some new C/S policies. Thanks Jeffrey and the cashier guy!!
