I was only here once (in 2009?), but they really helped me in a pinch. Here's what happened: I backed up the old Suburu and bonked it--hard--into a wall. Didn't hurt the cement wall, but cracked the middle of my exhaust pipe. Active Green & Ross (in person) and others (on the phone) talked of a huge $800++ exhaust system replacement. Not Quick Muffler. They figured they could just patch it for $100. And that's what they did! And it lasted and worked beautifully. No noise, no problems. I loved that they were willing and able to think outside of the box and charge a reasonable fee for their skill.
