While the fact that there was no running water is not the fault if the hotel, it would have been nice if they at least pretended to care. The "I'll see if the manager will adjust your rate" was so phony. You knew the water was out, you should have already had a plan. It's not the money, it's the principle. Next, left the room service order form on the door but received no breakfast. Opened the door and the order form was still hanging there. The response? "I don't know why they didn't pick that up" Again, at least pretend to care.
I primarily stay in Marriott brands (145 nights in 2016) and this reminded me why. The great thing is there are plenty of options besides this place.
As for the room, just ok. Tiny bathroom with no place to put toiletries. Overall, outdated.
Definitely won't be back on my next trip to Pittsburgh.
