This is the 3rd vehicle I have brought to Sansone's for a pre-purchase inspection. I scheduled the appointment through their website during the weekend and received a confirmation e-mail from Chuck (Service Writer) the following Monday morning. After I arrived, they promptly took the vehicle for an on-the-road test and returned a little while later to put the vehicle on a overhead lift and removed all four wheels. These guys are thorough. The mechanic called Chuck into the service bay, and a few minutes later Chuck asked me to join him there. We walked the underside of the vehicle from front to rear, while Chuck clearly pointed out the issues the mechanic saw, using a flashlight to help show me so I could see with my own eyes what they saw, all while describing the parts and condition. After I returned to the waiting area, Chuck took the time to enter the inspection results along with the estimated costs for the various repairs onto the report. I was there less than 2 hours and it was well worth the $51.00 to gain this much info to make an informed decision about the vehicle.
