Made an appointment to get a front-end alignment and was greeted at the counter by "I could care if you are here or not" Dan. After taking my information in a matter-of-fact fashion, he walked away (apparently to get the license plate number of my vehicle). I followed him out and asked him what the tire pressure should be, now that I bought new tires in a different size. His reply: "We just go by what's on the door jamb" - REALLY? Is S&S not a TIRE shop? This was the best answer he could give me? Anyhow, I followed him back inside and decided I didn't want someone with his attitude working on my vehicle. I told him I no longer wanted the alignment and that I would take my vehicle somewhere else. He returned my keys and didn't even seem to care. I hope Dan's attitude is not representative of S&S Tire, but because of him, I won't go back!
