I brought my car here last week for an oil change. A few days later, the oil light comes on. My husband checks it and the dip stick is reading bone dry, no oil. We put a quart of oil in and take it back to them to check out. Instead of acknowledging their mistake they tried to act like they didn't put any oil in it and it was full all along. They also tried to say it's now a quart over and then back tracked and said a quarter of a quart over. I hate that they didn't taken accountability and admit they made a mistake. Shit happens. I don't like someone insinuating we are morons who are so incompetent we're unable to read a dipstick. I proceeded to show them a video of it reading dry. They tried to say "are you on an incline." and for that very reason, no we were not on an incline. my husband knew they would try to say that. Beware, do not go here. They are not honest and will not take accountability for their mistake that could have been detrimental to my vehicle. I really thought they had good customer service until this expensive and I am very disappointed.
