I had the worst ever experience at this car wash. It was 45 minutes my car had been sitting in the sun after it was washed. They were taking their time, it was busy and I had to leave for an appointment. I ask the guy, if I could just take my car, he said, yes. So, I walked around to the front, to get a refund from the manager. The manager, started yelling, saying "it's your fault for pulling the car out of line". I called The general manager, who said only to bring it back to wash it. WOW. Never, ever again.
