I was referred to Dr. Hanna for a hernia repair. Let me first say that the girl that answered the phone that made my first initial appointment was so nice! She was really trying to help fit me in based on my work schedule. The girls at the desk were very friendly & helpful. When my husband and I went for the consultation we arrived early to fill out the usual paperwork. Then right when my appointment was scheduled they called me back. Wow! A Dr. that is on time (or even close) is unusual. Lol!
When Dr. Hanna walked in with that big smile he just put me at ease. He's a real Dr. that you can talk to and that listens without trying to rush you out like he has to move on. Gary & I really like him. He answered all my husbands questions and then all my silly question and answers at a second follow-up appointment. I amazingly only have 2 tiny little 1/4" scars that are fading out of a total of 7 laparoscopic incisions. Yes, he's that Good!! I scar terribly & wish he was a plastic surgeon I could keep him busy for awhile. haha!
I can't say enough about the staff they all were super nice when I was there or called. Especially Angela when I called to make an appointment I had been very sick & had several questions for Dr. Hanna.Angela was so sweet she took the time to listen & answer all of them that she could then scheduled me the first available appointment when Dr. Hanna was available. Dr. Bernie Hanna is by far one of my favorites. Love his sense of humor and he has the best bedside manner... Love Dr. Bernie wish he was one of my regular Doctors! Thanks again! :)
