I went for a haircut with my $50 Spafinders gift card here for the first time. I asked for only 1-1-1/4" inches cut off, instead she cut off OVER 3" !!! My hair hasn't been this short for decades. It is a DISASTER. I paid for it with a $50 gift card but they KEPT the change, saying they only would put it on my account to be used for future services. She would not even give me a printed credit for the balance, to verify it. So now I have to go back for more PUNISHMENT to get my money back? The salon is a mess: badly lit, cluttered with junk and unkempt, but everyone is very upbeat and friendly: This doesn't change the fact that my holidays are ruined because my hair is HIDEOUS. I called to complain about the haircut and to request my refund but they still refused. Worst experience I have had in a salon in a long time and they STILL have my money!
