Greeted kind of slow and unwelcoming vibe. One staff member pushed us off on another employee and then she had no idea that we were waiting to check-in.
Towels very rough
No fan in the bathroom
Blinds do not keep out sunlight
A bit of a walk to metro
Never got the extra towel I asked for.
Very noisy even on level 17. You can hear all traffic.
