I became a member after my first 6 week challenge...nearly a year ago. My only regret is that I didn't find Camp Rhino sooner. Crossfit can be a daunting sport. The amazing trainers take time before each class to review technique, and give extra attention to those new or unsure of the moves. The members cheer for and support each other like no other place I have been. Then there is Julie, the owner. Each time someone walks in the door, you can see her jump up with a hug or high five and a very authentic " I am so glad you are here!" I highly recommend checking this place out.
