Whom It May Concern, I have called several time and left messages and no response. I went in person and signed form to cancel membership. 3 months later and still getting billed. I have filed claim with the bank to put funds back into my account. When I signed up with Smart Gym it was over the phone/text. I was told NO termination fees nor any other fees, whatsoever, and could go month to month. Right away I was charged $39 for maintenance fees. Hence my being upset and terminating. I was also told that sales rep had been let go due to him doing this to others. I can see on Facebook I am not the only one to make this complaint at your Phoenix and Scottsdale gym. I did also post a complaint on SmartGym page, no response of course. You now have this notice. You people best get it right because business like this does not succeed. People, don't give them your credit card and good luck EVER getting hold of any manager to help. When you leave messages, nobody calls you back.WORST GYM EVER! Sara Storks
