I really hate to write a bad review, but I can't seem to stop thinking about how horrible my nails were done here two weeks ago.
I came in for a new set and pedicure. The women who did my pedicure wasn't the worst, however for $35-$40 I was expecting a pretty good pedi which I didn't get. Now that's not the part that bothers me.
While giving me a pedicure, the women asked how'd I want my nails. I showed her a picture and she ensured she knew how to get me what I wanted. We then moved over to her table to get started on my nails. What I was asking for was a white ombré with a very light pink base and a coffin shape. She never asked to see the picture again. During I was trying to tell her that it didn't match the picture and I pulled my phone out. She said it was the same and that I'll see when she's done. Apparently, she had an appointment and asked if someone could finish up. I was so thankful she asked I said yes immediately.
The women who then took over my nails who by the name of Kelly asked how everything was. I explained to her that the picture and my actual nails do not match. She took one look and started speaking very loudly in her language. (Which she did multiple times while I sat at her table) She went on for about a minute. Then finally said to me I'll fix it for you. She added more acrylic to my nails which resulted in my nail looking thick and unnatural. After she attempted to fix, it still wasn't the same. I asked for them to be removed but she then said it's the same as your picture. I gave her a very troubled look and she then said she will take them off and if I had time she can do it all over. I didn't have the time so she removed them but didn't want to. I've posted a picture to show the leftover acrylic on my nail.
At checkout they tried to charge me to take the nails they ruined off.
