I have stayed at this property several times over the years since it opened in the 90's. As I grew up my vacation needs have changed & center strip hotels have offered a better caliber of people, shopping & entertainment that I'm looking for. Our last stay at Excalibur my fiancé & I dressed up for a nice dinner & club night both of which had a dressed code; which we are are okay with. As we left our room for the night, other guest leaving their room saw us in the hallway & let me know I was nothing but a Vegas hooker & my man was a John buying me for the night. Get some rude guest at a cheap hotel.
On the positive Yolanda at the front desk is 5 STARS, she was very helpful as we were staying nearly 2 weeks at Excalibur with a complicated reservation that included 4 nights comp from playing myVegas app. The rooms have been remodeled which is a plus but the AC/Heater in the room was super loud!
