I want to commend Lauri and Alona at JC Penney's at Paradise Valley Mall for having done a wonderful job helping me with a furniture purchase. They were very professional, helpful, kind and took the time to answer my questions and I was happy with the purchase. They helped me with delivery assistance too as being a store sample it would not have been delivered without my finding assistance. They made sure the item arrived in great shape. Excellent employees, the store is fortunate to have them.
