First of all I will start by writing that my wife and I bought a new house and wanted to re-key all doors so they will match with one key.
We had an issue with the first technician who came to replace all of our locks on the ground floor, so the owner of "MX Locksmith", Mike, contacted me and said he will wave the additional service / trip charge for the remaining of the work that the first technician didn't complete.
Dave White, the manager, came and completed the job. He's very nice, pleasant and professional.
I believe each company has a "bad seed" who can literally destroy the good reputation of a company, and unfortunately it was my first experience with them.
From my 2nd experience with this company, I highly recommend working with them, as they understand the customer's needs and take full responsibility for their work and employees.
I highly recommend this company based on what I wrote above.
