I was having a satellite problem in my RV for DAYS and had been dealing with multiple tech guys both at Dish and through Wine guard, the satellite company. I even ended up with the advanced tech guys and they could not solve the problem. I called On Site and talked to Fred and instead of just sending a tech guy out and charging me, he had me bring my receiver to the store and he screened it and was able to solve the problem right away. He then downloaded the satellite programs again that had been messed up with all the manipulating through the week. He is such a nice guy and able to articulate technology in a very understandable manner. He even threw in some free counseling as my son has joined the military and I am still a little emotional about it.
