Recently visited this store twice. I had an appt for myself to try on bridal gowns for my wedding. Service was great. The second visit however was for my daughter to try on maid of honor dresses. Had an appt showed up on time. When we got there we were directed to the dresses to look at. It took quite a bit for a consult to start our appt. I think the consults name was Ellen. She bragged what we wanted to try showed us to dressing room. Then pretty much took off. I saw her working with another customer. I proceeded to help my daughter try on dresses by myself. So pretty much I was doing her job. When the consult did come back she went on to say her shift was almost done and she was ready to go home. I'm sorry but I know we weren't there to purchase a bridal gown which costs a lot more however I expect the same customer service I got when I came in as the bride.
