We stayed at the Hotel Lord Berri for a few nights. We chose to stay there based on the location and price. The best thing about it was the location. I'd actually give 2.5 stars. Here are the pros and cons.
PROS:
- Location, close to the Metro, buses, the gay village, amd a couple beautiful churches.
- Several places to eat within walking distance.
- Acceptable price. There are both cheaper and more expensive options.
CONS:
- Stinky. The room smelled of pop corn and mold.
- Very slow wifi. Wouldn't load basic websites, and definitely no streamimg.
- Uncomfortable bed.
- Tv reception was spotty.
- Not many amenities.
I think you get what you pay for. You can get a better place to stay, but you'll pay more.
