Chinatown location is most definitely not my favorite location to visit when it comes to going to bank of America. Madness would be an understatement and the lack of skill to properly drive and park is on a whole different level. This branch stays busy busy busy. Now with this in mind I just can't wrap my head around the fact that they wouldn't staff accordingly. I am all too familiar with what the layout should look like and my friends this isn't it. How is it okay to have only 2 tellers working? I of course understand their are lunch breaks that need to be taken and other miscellaneous things that take place but just why? Today I visited this location and had to go inside because you can't take a couple grand out of an ATM. I am all for using the self service options because trust me I hate lines! Left with no choice I stood for 20 plus minutes. 1 merchant teller to help the business customers and 1 regular one, working her behind off! Where are the people?
