The service is absolutely horrible there especially working with a guy named Chase. took in the tractor never even said how long it would take [just said bring itin]when I asked [after he got it]he said 2 to 3 weeks! ! instead of telling me before I brought the tractor there so I could go somewhere else. didn't hear from him for three weeks and then he leaves a message that they had fixed the tractor which means they did whatever they wanted to without even asking me. when I talk to Tom that works there he said that they gave a free evaluation and they would talk to me before they did anything in case I didn't want it done because it was too expensive and then I would take the tractor out of there. all I got was a voicemail that says they've done the work! ! now my wife and I have tried to get ahold of them for days and days and days and nobody will call us back or tell us what's going on we've been without our tractor going on a month period I could understand if that's the necessary time frame but I should have been told up front and I shouldn't be strung along like this for a bill that I did not authorize. All this was explained to PIerre the owner and he couldn't care less! he backed up all the Chase . that why he has a poor employee because the owner sets the standard as we all know.! The owner did absolutely nothing completely useless!!! Stay away from this outfit unless you plan to employ a lawyer which is what they need to straighten them out! ! they're totally unorganized and unethical.
