This rating is based purely on customer service. Came here with several family members (party of 8). Once they served up the meat for us to cook I never heard from or saw our server again. They didn't even come once to clean the grill of all the marinade, didn't come fill drinks, didn't ask if we were okay....and then they charged 18% gratuity?! Added gratuity for large parities, I totally understand and will pay it, but added gratuity when we weren't serviced does not make sense. Asked for it to be removed and they did it but no apologizes, and no sense of customer service whatsoever. Prob won't be back. Didn't feel welcome since walking through the door.
