Anything goes wrong with appliances, etc, Denali will contact One Guard to come and repair it....if One Guard doesn't cover it, Denali will schedule their handymen to do it themselves (very minimal cost to me) and simply deduct it from the rent. Easy peasy people...easy as pie...boom-bada-bing...Denali....do it.
