Nom, Nom yummy goodness is what these coolies are. Now, they are not your traditional cookie because they have more of a cake type texture, which some of my friends didn't love. So if texture is a thing for you then you might not be a raving fan. However, I gave the cookies a 5 star rating because I really liked the cinnamon raisin & the caramel pecan cookies. The cinnamon raisin wasn't overly sweet and seemed to have a little extra cinnamon flavor. Oh my, that caramel pecan was ever so decadent with its ooey gooey caramel center! The nuts we're a nice balance to the sweetness of the caramel.
