This property has feral cats running all over getting into garbage and tracking all over your car making the complex smell like cat urine in places. With all the cats you would think there wouldn't be such a scorpion issue but guess again. I had scorpions in and outside of my apartment. The complex does offer Burns pest control weekly at no extra cost, however their services don't really cover getting rid of them just their food source. There is constant turn over in the leasing office which works to your advantage in a way because some of them are really nice and helpful and some are really snooty, but don't worry they wont be there long anyway. Apparently the corporate office doesn't treat the employees any better than the residents.
Speaking of the corporate office..be ready to get juiced out of every penny possible at move out. They changed the polices on some of their refundable deposits over the course of my lease and guess what??? All of a sudden it's no longer refundable! I would give the corporate office a negative star if i could. They don't care at all if you have paid your rent on time and have been a model tenet, you are a number and there are more of you out there, so what do they care? More than anything I'm really disappointed in the way the corporation treated me, but I guess that's how the fat cats stay fat.
