Wow! I am so shocked to here the one other reviewer of this practice had such an awful experience. That makes me sad. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Roger and the rest of the doctors and staff at Haas Ortho.
I had my braces done by Dr Roger years ago and just came in recently because one of my lower teeth had started to shift a tiny bit because my dentist had placed a filling that disrupted some of spacing of my teeth. It was an easy fix done in one fast appointment with just a simple wire placed for a few months. I have always found Dr. Roger's bedside manner to be friendly and caring, as are all the assistants and front office staff. I primarily saw Dr. Roger for most of my appointments but on occasion, saw Drs. Mark & Eric too. They were also great.
Besides from the little hiccup caused by the filling my dentist placed, my teeth look the same as the day I got my braces off 20+ years ago...and I get complimented on my smile all the time!
Also, contrary to what was said elsewhere, I was charged a reasonable price for my braces, much in line (and sometimes cheaper) than the quotes I received elsewhere. I would highly recommend Haas Ortho to anyone in the greater Akron area who is looking for honest, quality orthodontics by doctors who genuinely care about their patients and lasting quality smiles!
