Russ recently responded to my review so I will add a couple stars on as often an owner wouldn't take the time to respond to feedback. Russ obviously knows that the best way to keep his business thriving is to not only respond to clients but to listen to them as well.
He outlined several changes they have made in response to my review:
-receptionist during weekdays/signage during weekends
-drink offerings
-revamped waiting room/landscaping
-improved communication during massage : i.e asking for feedback during the massage
Russ also offered a complimentary massage for me to give them another chance. I did politely decline because I wouldn't feel right not paying for a massage, but I did appreciate the offer.
I know Massage Therapy Studios will be successful as Russ obviously cares enough to invest in his business and reach out to his clients - I have to say I was very impressed by how the situation was handled. Perhaps I will give them another chance in the near future!
