Time Warner/Spectrum, you should be ASHAMED of yourselves! Your Cable rates are rapaciously high, AND your internet service, pathetically slow! I'm now paying more for faster 30Mbps service (compared to my older Time Warner speed, which was half of this), and I feel like I have ancient dial-up modem speed! It takes forever to load web pages, and oftentimes, no pages load at all! My speed seems even much slower than the old 10 or 15Mbps service I had with Time Warner! The modem you leased us sucks too. Also, you got rid of an easy way to test internet speed on your Spectrum page (Time Warner interface was easy and intuitive) as well. I am looking into dumping your lousy service for something that is priced better, and whose internet service actually works well and is more reliable!
