The only reason I had these people work on my dishwasher was because they were the low bidder with Sears Extended Warranty, that I paid good money to maintain my appliances.
After reading all the other negative reviews, I am not the only person who had warranty issues and definitely all the rest of the issues with this company, not showing up for two appointments, not ordering the part, not answering their business phone line and the voice box mail is always full. Even Sears could not get through. They supposedly sent emails to get responses. The only good thing is I will get a brand new dish washing machine out of their incompetence. .
