Considering I spend hundreds of dollars at this store, it's safe to say that the products are good. This is a review of this store and the poor management. I visited the store this morning and although the gentleman at the register was very professional and polite, the woman I dealt with was horrible.
I had to make a simple exchange. The candle was a gift and the price paid was the original $22.50. I explained this to the woman and she said and I quote "I will be putting my job at risk if I enter that in the system"..... she gave me the option of exchanging it for $10.00. She also gave me a condescending "sorry hun" and said I can call HR. I don't have time to call HR and complain about a $22 candle. How unprofessional and rude. Maybe I shouldn't have been in Nordstrom before coming here because the customer service in this store is very disappointing.
I will not purchase anything from this store and would recommend you get better store managers.
