Multiple problems with being charged improper rent, poor responses from staff after multiple attempts, theft on multiple occasions with locked doors (reports went unanswered and we had to eventually buy our own security camera), and now being charged $500 for carpet replacement in 2 rooms. I did not even wear shoes in the bedroom or bring in food or drink. Was simple wear and tear from walking patterns. I am a professional travel nurse and use apartments all over the United States. Never have I been treated so poorly and been so misinformed. Never again.
