We had been having a pigeon problem for awhile and needed to do something about it. It was actually an Angie's List deal that was offered that we purchased, and gladly. We were contacted quickly to schedule an appointment within a few days. We had a standard 4 hour window, and on the day of service, the phone call stating the tech was on the way was even a bit early.
Our house was power washed to remove pigeon gross and the spikes were placed (which we can hardly even see - pretty inconspicuous) and the owner even came by to make sure there were no other problem spots (basically to back up his tech, who was also amazing). There was even great care taken to make sure my dog didn't get out (they had to access the hose in the backyard).
I would very highly recommend Goldstar for all pigeon problems. We couldn't be happier with our new lack of pigeons on the house.
