If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is AWFUL. They have said they are coming to my house TWICE now, two days in a row and have failed to show up both times. You cannot leave a message for the tech to call you so you know, you can leave your hot ass house and go somewhere cooler, because according to the dispatcher, "They don't have phones". Really? What company that is in this line of work doesn't have a way to contact their techs? Also she said that "just because I page them and the tech accepts it, doesn't mean they are coming out to check your air." I'm sorry, but WHAT? What exactly do you pay your techs to do? It doesn't seem to involve working. Do not hire this company. In the meantime, I will sit here with a failing AC unit and a two month old baby who now has heat rash. And they are well aware that I have a newborn.
