I had very very very bad experience this afternoon. I went to 4991 S. Alma School Rd. Suite 4 Swan Cleaners to pick up my dry clean shirt and patch. After paid I found out the shirt patched still ripped, and I ask the people who working there to fix this. She said:"the fabric is rip." And the cashier said;" if you wants better job, we will charge more, the money you paid for this job." Really!!!! I said:" why you are not tell me first time when I walking in, i do not mind to pay more, I want my shirt fix well." They are both of them yelling at me about they will do better job if i pay more. This is so ridiculous, I am the customer, and I am not deserve this horrible servers! I've been using Swan for 2 years,the owner before was nice, but the people working there right now are so rude, I can not understand. Anyway I will drive long distance to find place do my dry clean, they just loose a long-tearm customer forever, may not loose one, perhaps more. Too bad.
