If I could rate this location less than one star, I would. Absolutely terrible service, and even poorer communication. My story: I rented a convertible, and found out it wasn't working properly. I called the rental location 3x to try to obtain resolution (lower discount, fix the convertible, different car). THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. When I returned the car I explained the problem and the offered me a partial refund because I still "received the benefit of a stronger engine". Really? you think that is why I rented a convertible... for a stronger engine?!?! I then wrote a letter to the CEO's office (Mark Frissora). Again, NO REPLY. No apology. Nothing. However, over two months after I rented the car I finally received another partial credit...appeared on my credit card. No communication from Hertz at all throughout this entire process. I will never rent from Hertz again (all locations), and I recommend that you don't either. Lack of professionalism throughout the entire ordeal. RENTER BEWARE!!!!
