We spent quite a bit of money with this company on a water softener, reverse osmosis system, and outdoor misters. All 3 of the services have failed over the past year and a half. The first person who came out from AS when the water softener stopped working told us that the installer never set it up right. The second person from AS who came when it stopped working again told us that it still hadn't been set up right and had probably never worked right (this was over a year later). Just over a year after the mister system was installed, we had to pay to have AS come out and replace a part because the pump wouldn't turn off. Most recently, our reverse osmosis stopped working and when we called for a repair, we were told that it would be almost 2 weeks before someone from AS would come out and fix it. All of the service people have been very polite though, so kudos for that. The company on the other hand should maybe consider the importance of customer retention and net promoter vs what seems to be a laser focus on customer acquisition.
