This pet spa lives up to its awesome reputation. I have a long hair cat, and I wasn't educated or comfortable enough in trimming the matted clumps of fur off his back. So after searching around online and talking to a few places, this spa sounded like the best option. It wasn't expensive at all. They assured me of the quality I could expect, and the level of care given to each animal. My only concern was for the level of care, as I am very protective of my little kitty, and I didn't want to receive him in a frantic state. After I picked him up, he was lively, vocal, and cuddly just like he always is, and I am very satisfied with how his trim turned out. He looks like a little lion king, so cute!
Overall, the time it took, the cost, the care, the quality, and the level of professionalism of the staff and owner makes this spa the best in my opinion. I will definitely recommend them!
