So... I ignored the negative reviews about being ignored when reaching out to this place, and reached out anyway. There was no response to my email. I reached out again after a week. Still no response.
I understand it's the holiday season, but customer service 101 is to respond to email and phone calls. I definitely feel like I dodged a bullet using someone who doesn't even have the courtesy to reply to TWO emails.
