Was 6 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic and I walked in and stood in the middle of the empty brow bar for another 5 minutes with no one coming to check on me. Finally the girl comes over and says "do you have a question" and I said "I have an appointment". She goes "just so you know once you are 5 mins late we typically move on to the next appointments but since no one is here I will still take you." In this snotty voice. She proceeded to berate me and tell me how I should have called ahead etc so I finally just walked out and left.
