I originally thought a one-star average was a generous rating, but then realized this one is conveniently located near the airport, so we'll give them that. I started to order when it was my turn, a previous customer just walked straight up to the counter asking for more caramel in her sundae, and she was helped even though I was not finished. Customer service skills not required here? Cashier should have told the other lady, "I'll be right with you as soon as I finish her order". Nope. I stood there mid-order for a minute while she did the caramel thing, then another two minutes of her standing and staring at the screen trying to figure out where she left off. I also found it odd that she specifically asked what drink I wanted. Found out later that she just assumed my order was to-go. My friend met me there after a half hour. He stood in line waiting to order a coffee. A different cashier walked up, looked straight at him, then proceeded to help some kids who had just walked in. My friend was totally bypassed and not even sure why. I don't live in this area, so I would not seek this location out, but again, it is conveniently located near the airport, so it still may be a pit stop for me. Now I know what to expect, though.
