The store is great for supplies and has been here for a long time but I wholeheartedly agree with all the reviews noting bad customer service. All the staff here look miserable and grumpy and don't appear to enjoy their jobs and mostly speak in one word answers. It must be the leadership as management lacks serious customer service skills. I've visited on three occasions in the last two months and management barely even looks at customers and doesn't bother to smile or say hello. They have great items which is the only reason I visit but always leave feeling irritated with their service.
