I was planning a party and my waterfall motor decided to stop working. I happened upon B&B by chance as another place I was trying to go to to buy a new motor at was closed. I told the staff at B&B that I had a party later and was looking for a new motor. They asked to look at my old motor. They stopped what they were doing and tested my motor and fixed it on the spot. It turns out it needed a new capacitor. $24 fix when I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds. What great customer service this store has. Knowing I needed my motor fixed soon, they stopped what they were doing and really came through for me. I will be back for my pool needs.
