She outright wouldn't rent a property to me, because I have an emotional support animal, and in her own words "the owner doesn't want pets" - I advised her of the laws surrounding service support animals, and her decision not to rent to us changed to "the people next door have a ferocious dog" and I don't feel comfortable leasing to yall. What do I have to do with the next door neighbor? Shouldn't you call animal control? Why are you not renting to me because of the next door neighbors dog?
I reported her to HUD for discrimination.
