I visited this location almost every Friday for a good 6 months 2014-2015. It was good for me to grab a bite, sit down, and catch up with a friend. This was before management changed. I started getting busy, so I didn't come back here for a while, but when my birthday rolled around earlier this year, I wanted to redeem my birthday froyo. I walked in and the new owner was working. I gave him my card and he had trouble scanning it and said my card was showing up in USD so I couldn't use it....and also said my birthday froyo didn't show up....
Seriously? My birthday froyo had been working for 2 years. He told me to come back with the actual email, which I've never had to do before BECAUSE IT SHOULD SHOW THAT IT IS MY BIRTHDAY WHEN YOU SCAN THE CARD. Bye Menchies, won't be back. You can spruce up this location all you want but if you want to lose customers in order to save $5, go ahead.
